Your PipeOps account dashboard gives you full control over your personal profile, team settings, billing preferences, and usage overview. Whether you're updating your name, inviting teammates, switching plans, or removing a payment method, this guide walks you through all available actions under your Account Profile.
To reveal the account settings dropdown, click the power icon at the extreme right of your dashbaord:
Profile
This section allows you to update your personal details, such as full name and change your password.
You can remove and add payment methods from this section. The Profile segment also allows you to connect and disconnect repository providers.
Teams
The Teams section lets you manage collaboration settings and project access.
From here, you can:
- Create and delete teams
- View team members and track their actions in the workspace
- Invite or remove teammates
- Assign roles like Admin, Member, Guest

Usage
The Usage section gives you insight into how you are consuming PipeOps resources. You can understand how different projects or add-ons contribute to your monthly charges from here. It also provides a detailed overview of your subscription plan, resource usage, and available credits. You can manage team seats, deployments, and credit top-ups from this section.
Billing
The Billing tab lets you manage everything related to your subscription and payment methods. Here, you can:
- View your current plan
- Switch between monthly and yearly billing
- Add or remove payment cards
- View billing history and download invoices
How to Remove a Payment Card
You may want to remove an old or expired card from your account. To remove a card:
- Scroll to the Payment Method tab below Current Plan.
- Select Remove Card.
- Confirm the removal in the prompt that appears.
Note: You must cancel your subscription before removing your primary payment method. If you have multiple cards on file, you can remove any non-primary card without canceling your subscription. To update payment options, click the Update button.
